One of the keys to individual change is self learning

Tombs Of Gods Pyramids Of Giza One of the keys to individual change is self learning. The antiquated sages urge us to "know thyself". In fact, this is the entire reason for an otherworldly practice. Searching internally is each of the one needs to know and comprehend oneself, the universe and life.

There are numerous entryways that open internal for self revelation. One of these is through the comprehension of our feelings. Taking a peep at any of our offensive emotions and afterward following it the distance to its underlying driver will perpetually convey us eye to eye with apprehension.

Apprehension is the mother of every single negative feeling. All other negative sentiments are simply appearances of trepidation in different level of power. As indicated by Lester Levenson, the originator of the Release Technique, every one of our emotions and "needs" can be followed back to our need to satisfy 3 essential needs - needing endorsement, needing control and needing security.

As I would like to think, these 3 essential needs themselves have their roots in trepidation - dreading detachment or forlornness, dreading loss of control and dreading loss of security. As we follow the foundation of these 3 reasons for alarm further, we encounter the essential driver - the wrong faith in a different and particular self.

With the end goal us should support a faith in an unmistakable self, we should normally isolate ourselves from the Source of All. Since the Source is the supplier of everything, this division further carries with it a feeling of misfortune and specifically a feeling of loss of security and control.
